Mojabeng Senekal-Ndebele is a dynamic professional whose career bridges resource mobilization, public health, digital entrepreneurship, and strategic communications. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Johannesburg and currently serves as the Senior Development Officer at Partners In Health Lesotho, she leads transformative resource mobilization initiatives that support maternal and mental health, rural transport for pregnant women, health systems strengthening in hard-to-reach areas and more.
Her previous role as Communications & Marketing Manager at rise international sharpened her storytelling, brand strategy, and donor cultivation skills, earning her a track record of award-winning campaigns and partnerships with global funders like Irish Aid and the British High Commission. Mojabeng is a board member of the International Human Rights Lab and sits on the advisory board of the Women in Leadership Program of the University of New Haven in the USA.




Beyond her formal roles, Mojabeng is a Regional Pageant judge, an international award winning humanitarian and Multi-titled Pageant Queen, the visionary founder of Leadership Camp - a skills-building program for kids and teens. She is also the author of Lesotho’s first Pageant Winning Manual - Pageant Compass, available on Amazon.
